AMELIA

Our lips meet aggressively. Our mouths begin to fight for dominance. Neither one of us was trying to give up control.

He lifted me, so I sat on the granite. I was then reminded that I was wearing little boy shorts that were a little shorter than I would typically wear, and the tight tank I wore left little to the imagination. No wonder the man had looked like he wanted to devour me. I had practically bared myself to him unintentionally.

His kiss was far better than I had remembered it. Maybe it was the build-up that had led to this moment. Or perhaps it was that this time we knew there was a rush to it all. We weren’t sneaking about or finding little stolen moments in between. This was just him and I—two adults devouring each other like teenagers.

We pulled apart, gasping for air. Our breaths mingled together in wanted passion.

I was lost in the cloud of lust, passion, and everything in between.

Nathaniel cupped the side of my face, gently brushing his thumb across my quivering bottom lip. His pupils were dilated from the sheer desire that floated between us.

“Nathaniel,” I gulped. I wanted more of this. I liked everything he could give me but didn’t know how to ask for it without sounding like an overly aroused weirdo.

“Nate.” His voice was gruff and coated with thick emotion. “Call me Nate, sweetheart.”

“You said only friends can call you that.”

The sides of lips tipped upward slightly into a gentle smile. “Nathaniel is far too formal for what I’m about to do to you.”

My heart jumped, threatening to leave my ribcage. “What are you going to do to me?”

The smile slipped from his face, the danger in his eyes screaming at me. “I’m going to ravage you, sweetheart. I plan on ruining every other man for you.”

He placed a sweet kiss on my lips before pulling away. Then he moved to my cheek and kissed me there. Then he moved to my forehead, kissing me softly. After that, he moved down to my nose and softly kissed the tip.

His hands rested on my bare thighs running up and down my skin. Little tiny sparks moved up and down my skin. The last bit of fragile resolve left me, and I broke. I wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him toward me with a different kind of hunger.

Our lips came together once more. My fingers dug into his hair, tangling with the soft locks. I tugged on it gently every so often to be rewarded with a moan and a growl.

I ground my hips into him, wanting to quell the hunger that had riddled my body.

I moaned into his mouth, wanting more of him. I needed to feel him in all areas and as much as possible.

He lifted me into his arms and guided us to the bed, where he threw me down, breaking our kiss. I lifted onto my elbows, watching as he stripped to his boxers.

Good. God.

I had seen this man’s body before, but he was still a sight.
